Enabling and disabling AutoSupport
You can use the Edit AutoSupport Settings dialog box to enable and disable AutoSupport on your storage system. Verify that AutoSupport is enabled. AutoSupport is enabled by default.
Steps 
1.
From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system to display a subtree of management features.
2.
Click Configuration > System Tools > AutoSupport.
3.
Click Edit.
4.
Select the Enable AutoSupport notification check box and click OK to enable AutoSupport or clear the Enable AutoSupport notification check box and click OK to disable AutoSupport.
